Cosmo is an incredibly gentle, well-rounded soul who has already mastered the basics, he is completely house-trained and walks like an absolute dream on a leash. He is a friend to just about everyone he meets and does wonderfully with kids, cats, and other pets. More than anything, he thrives on human companionship. He wants nothing more than to be right by your side, soaking up affection and giving it right back.

Because Cosmo loves his humans so deeply, he is a sensitive boy who needs consistency, patience, and a predictable routine to feel secure. He can get a bit anxious when left alone, and he isn't afraid to let you know with some barking and whining when you leave the house. He just misses you! Because of this, his ideal forever home is one where someone is around for a large part of the day to give him the time and reassurance he needs to build his confidence. He would also do wonderfully in a home with another mellow, small dog to keep him company and show him the ropes.
