Millie

Millie is a shy and sensitive girl who is still learning to trust people. She came to us extremely shut down and has spent the last three months in an amazing foster home, blossoming with patience and kindness. Millie prefers to eat when she feels safe and alone, and she's still learning to communicate her needs, especially when it comes to potty breaks. She's not very food-motivated, so building her confidence is all about gentle understanding and consistent positive reinforcement. Once she feels secure, you'll witness her confidence grow at her own pace.

Ideal Home

Millie is looking for a calm, quiet home where relationships aren't rushed. She needs a patient adopter who understands her sensitive nature and can celebrate her little victories. A fenced yard is a must for Millie, and she would thrive with another dog in the home to help her feel more secure.

Ongoing Health

Millie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, treated for internal/external parasites, heartworm negative, and is on monthly preventative for fleas, ticks, and heartworm. Her adoption fee is $100.00.

Training & Support

Millie needs a consistent potty schedule and gentle encouragement to help her communicate her needs. Building trust will take time, kindness, and understanding rather than relying on treats.
