Meet Lacey, a delightful adventurer and cuddle bug all rolled into one! This approximately 1.5-year-old, 31-pound bundle of joy is possibly a boxer/terrier mix, and she's as well-rounded as they come. Lacey is the perfect size – big enough for hikes but small enough to be a cozy couch companion. She's a social butterfly, getting along famously with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and even displaying a surprising chillness around cats. Humans are her absolute favorite, and she showers them with gentle kisses and takes treats with the utmost politeness. Lacey walks beautifully on leash, making her an ideal sidekick for neighborhood strolls, patio dates, road trips, or any adventure you can dream up. She's also crate-trained and incredibly treat-motivated, making her an easy and joyful addition to any home.
Ideal Home
Lacey would thrive in a variety of homes. She could be happy with playful dog siblings or as an only dog. She's adaptable to apartment living with an active family or a home with a backyard. She has shown great promise with cats and can be kid-tested for interested adopters.

Lacey is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations. She receives regular flea and heartworm prevention.
Training & Support
Lacey is crate-trained and responds well to positive reinforcement. Her excellent leash manners and social skills indicate she's eager to please and will continue to thrive with consistent guidance.

Lacey is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT).
