Joey is a sweet but very timid boy. He is incredibly affectionate once he trusts his human, though he warms up to his foster siblings quickly. While he is playful with younger dogs, his favorite pastime is snuggling with his 87-pound foster brother, an aging pitbull mix. Joey enjoys chew toys, snacks, and TV watching while snuggling up to his humans, ideally on the bed or sofa.

Ideal Home

Joey is getting better at socialization but has a long way to go. He is skittish around sudden movements and will not be a suitable match for a home with children or lots of activity. An experienced, patient home with a calm "ambassador" dog will be the best environment for him to thrive.

Joey is neutered and vaccinated.
