I'm Misty Mae, a 38lb Retriever, Spaniel, and Carolina Dog mix with an estimated birthday of 5/14/2023. I've been told I have a gentle soul and a heart full of love. I was rescued from a gas station and given a second chance at life, and I've been making the most of it ever since! My foster family says I'm a wonderful house guest. I'm housebroken, kennel trained, and I love having a routine. I'm also pretty smart and food-motivated, which means I'm always excited to learn new things, especially if snacks are involved! One of my favorite things is spending time with my people. Whether we're going for a walk, running errands, or just relaxing at home, I'm happiest when I'm part of whatever you're doing. I have a playful side too, but I'm just as content soaking up affection and enjoying a quiet evening together. When I first arrived in foster care, I was a little unsure of everything around me, but with patience, love, and a safe place to land, I've been gaining confidence every day.
