Hello, my name is Cookie! I'm an adorable Husky and Pitbull mix, a gentle giant who loves to cuddle and snuggle. While I have bursts of Husky puppy energy, I'm mostly a mellow and easy-going pup who's a great listener. My foster parents are amazed at how quickly I learned commands and I'm already mastering "sit"! I'm doing great with potty training, just learning to signal when I need to go out. I used to be unhappy in my kennel, but I've learned to settle and wait quietly for my foster parents to return. I live with two dogs and a cat in my foster home. I was a little timid at first, but now I love to play chase and wrestle with the other dogs, though I'm still learning to play gently. I find the cat very interesting and sometimes want to chase him, but I listen when my foster parents tell me not to. I'd do best with a dog-savvy cat. I haven't met children yet, but I'd probably be best with older kids who are comfortable around big dogs, as my size and energy might be too much for little ones. I'm a huge snuggler and love to be close to my people, sometimes I forget about personal space! My dream is to sleep with my family in my forever home. I'm still a puppy and will likely be an extra-large dog with plenty of energy, so I'll need a house, not an apartment. I can't wait to find my forever family and have tons of fun!
Ideal Home
A house where I can run and play. I would not do well in an apartment. I would do best with dog-savvy cats and older children who are comfortable around big dogs.

Training & Support
I am a quick learner and have mastered "sit." I'm working on potty training cues and learning to play gently with other animals. I am also improving on my kennel independence.
