Bert

Bert is a handsome, 5.5-month-old Great Pyrenees with a confident and food-motivated personality. He spent his early months on a farm, so he's had plenty of exposure to various animals like cats, sheep, turkeys, ducks, chickens, and cows. While he has farm experience, Bert is looking for a role as a cherished family dog rather than a working companion.

Ideal Home

Bert would thrive in a home that can provide him with the love and attention of a family dog.

Ongoing Health

Bert is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. He will be microchipped, and a health exam will be completed by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure. He will also be current on flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

As Bert is food motivated, this can be a great asset in his training.

Transporation

Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption and transport out of state. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Raising The Bar Animal rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call.
