About Peanut

Hi there! My name is Peanut, and I'm a 6-month-old male German Shepherd, Great Pyrenees, and Lab mix with a heart full of love and a personality that's sure to steal yours. I came into rescue with my siblings after being found as strays, and now I'm ready to find my forever family. My foster parents say I'm a total charmer – playful, affectionate, and full of fun!

I enjoy playing with my toys and can keep myself entertained for ages, but my favorite thing to do after playtime is cuddle up for some serious snuggle time. I can be a bit shy when I first meet new people or when I'm in new situations, but once I feel comfortable, my sweet and loving nature really comes out.

Ideal Home

I do wonderfully with other dogs and truly thrive when I have a canine friend to play with and learn from. Because I can be a little timid at first, I'm looking for a home with another friendly, confident dog who can help me gain confidence and be my best buddy.

Ongoing Health

I'm a healthy boy, ready for all the adventures life has to offer!

Training & Support

I'm already potty trained and crate trained, and I love my routines. I'm eager to continue learning and growing with a patient family who will help me build confidence and show me all the wonderful things life holds.

Transporation

I'm currently in Texas, but I can be adopted locally or out of state. We coordinate all of the transportation with our ground transport teams to ensure a safe arrival for all our pets, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way. Transportation costs are included in the adoption fee. We can also arrange a video chat with my foster family so you can meet me before you adopt!
