Hoot

Meet Hoot! This fun-loving, active young pup was born in December 2024 and is ready to find his forever family. Hoot thrives on outdoor adventures, play sessions, and the companionship of a canine buddy to romp around with. He's a good boy who sleeps soundly at night, often choosing to be close to his foster's bed. Hoot has been accident-free in his foster home and has even earned free-roam privileges when his foster is away.

Ideal Home

Hoot would do best in a home with a playful canine companion to share his zest for life. A secure, fenced yard and continued leash or harness use in public will help him feel safe and confident. While he's okay with cats, he can be a bit curious. He can be a little shy and skittish if approached too quickly, so a patient adopter who understands that trust and confidence build over time is essential.

Ongoing Health

Hoot is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and is microchipped. He has been dewormed and has tested negative for heartworms. A veterinary exam will be completed prior to transport.

Training & Support

Hoot walks well on a leash and is currently working on basic obedience. He is crate trained and has a good understanding of house training.
