Latte is a 1-year-old, 52-pound Staffordshire Terrier/Retriever mix who is a bundle of energy and affection! She's a highly treat-motivated girl who loves to learn and is eager to please. Latte already knows "sit" and "down," and with a little more practice, she'll be a leash-walking pro. She's a social butterfly, showing no reaction to people or other dogs on walks and has been gentle around small children and babies. Latte also does great with other dogs and enjoys playful interaction. She's fully house-trained and comfortable in her crate for several hours, showing no signs of separation anxiety. Latte is a loving puppy who truly wants to be a good companion, and with an active family to continue her training and provide plenty of exercise, she'll blossom into an amazing family member.
Ideal Home
Latte would thrive in an active home that can provide her with regular physical exercise and continued training. She would absolutely love having another active dog to play with, as she can be very excited and bouncy around new canine friends. If she is the only dog in the home, she will need daily exercise and enrichment to ensure she thrives.

Training & Support
Latte is continuing to work on her leash manners. She can be nervous walking in new environments and tends to hang back, but her foster mom is helping her build confidence by taking her to new places. She is a high-energy girl who benefits from consistent structure, guidance, and positive reinforcement.

Latte is currently located in Houston, Texas, and can be transported out of state. Transport is included in our adoption donation.
