Axel is a distinguished senior German Shepherd with a heart of gold! He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in California and is now happily fostered in Monrovia, California. Axel adores his people, enjoys a good ear rub, loves his naps, and is always up for a game of fetch with his ball or some fun with a water hose! He’s a natural protector of his home and family, and he truly cherishes his chew bones and toys.
