About Diva

Diva is a 1-year-old, spayed Lab mix weighing around 35 pounds. She's a playful, affectionate, and outgoing girl with a boundless energy and a heart full of love to give! Diva adores running, playing, and chasing with other dogs, and her tail is always wagging. She's just as happy exploring on her own as she is romping with a canine buddy. Diva's foster believes she'd do well with children, especially those who can manage her enthusiasm and protect their snacks! She's crate trained, food-motivated, and a smart cookie eager to learn. Diva is a vocal girl when corrected, howling as if she's arguing her side of the story – it's charming and funny! She loves toys, cuddles, and meeting new people with a friendly, tail-wagging enthusiasm.

Ideal Home

Diva would thrive in a home with another playful dog who can match her zest for life. She would do best with regular walks, plenty of playtime, and the chance to sleep close to her people, so a home where someone is present most of the time would be ideal. She has a curious nose and might try to sneak a bite of cat food, so a watchful eye will be needed around feline friends.

Ongoing Health

Diva is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Diva is crate trained and does well for short periods. She is very food motivated and always eager to learn. She should be fed separately as she might try to sneak extra treats from other dogs. While she shares toys well, she needs a bit more practice with car rides.
