Dulce

Dulce is an adorable 8-month-old Poodle mix who came to us from a heartbreaking hoarding situation where many small dogs were living together. He had been neglected, was filthy, covered in large, painful mats, and absolutely terrified. Thanks to the patience and gentle care of our amazing groomer, Dulce enjoyed a much-needed spa day. His heavy mats were carefully removed, revealing the handsome little pup underneath. Just look at his incredible transformation! Dulce is very shy and is still learning that people can be kind, gentle, and loving. He will need a patient, understanding family willing to give him the time and reassurance he needs to feel safe and build confidence. Behind that shy exterior is a sweet young pup just waiting for the chance to blossom. Dulce deserves a loving home where he will always feel safe, cherished, and cared for. • If you have current pets, we offer a Foster to Adopt Program, in which you have a two-week trial period to make sure the animals get along, it's a good fit, and you are beginning to bond.

Transporation

Dulce is located at Countryside Animal Rescue. They are open Tuesday - Friday 11 am to 3 pm by appointment only, and Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm for drop-ins (no appointment needed). They are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
