Meet JJ, your future best friend, personal shadow, and part-time chaos coordinator! If you're looking for a dog who brings equal parts zoomies and snuggles, JJ is your guy. At 3 years old and a perfect medium-sized 39 lbs, JJ has mastered the art of balance: he can start his morning like he just had three espressos... and end his day curled up like a sleepy little cinnamon roll. Truly, range. JJ is sweet, affectionate, and just a tiny bit impulsive – he makes decisions before consulting his brain, but we love a confident king! He's super treat-motivated, eager to connect with his humans, and always down for attention, especially if it leads to cuddles. Daily highlights include morning zoomies (non-negotiable!), leisurely strolls and adventures, strategic napping (he takes this very seriously), and practicing his "good boy" skills.
Ideal Home
JJ would thrive in a loving home where he gets companionship, structure, and a mix of activity and downtime. A home with another dog would be ideal to keep him company and help him feel more relaxed when his humans are away. If there are humans to keep him company, he can adjust to being the only pet. He is sensitive to loud noises and may test crate security if he's feeling determined, so a secure setup is important.

JJ's adoption fee includes his neuter, microchip, DAPP vaccine series, and Rabies.
Training & Support
JJ is potty and crate trained and is working on his leash manners, which are currently more "freestyle interpretive dance." He is not reactive to people and other dogs when he is on a leash. He also needs guidance in ignoring squirrels, birds, and cats, as they are simply too exciting. He is still working on being left alone, but is getting better with routine and crate time. With consistency and a secure setup, he settles in beautifully.
