Meet Berry Blu Penelope, a delightful puppy with a heart as gentle as her spirit. She's about 3 months old, weighing around 21 pounds, and we suspect she might be a Labrador and Shepherd mix, though as a rescue, her exact breed and age are our best guess. Berry Blu lives up to her name as the Queen of Relaxation and Master of Zen. She moves through life at her own relaxed pace, making her the perfect companion for anyone seeking a peaceful presence. She is happiest when she's close to you, often leaning in for quiet moments of affection and gentle kisses. Berry Blu is an expert napper, content to snooze anywhere she feels safe and loved, making her an ideal nap partner. Her soft, mostly white coat is beautifully accented with warm tan spots on her face, ears, and tail, and her big, expressive ears are sure to bring a smile to your face. Berry Blu is a comforting and affectionate soul who will remind you to slow down and savor the moment.

Ongoing Health
Berry Blu has received a DAPP vaccine with a booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccine. She has also had multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments and flea prevention. She has been spayed and is up-to-date on a 12-month heartworm preventative injection. She has also tested negative for heartworms. All of her vetting is included in the adoption fee.
Training & Support
Berry Blu's trainers have assessed her and are working on individualized behavior plans to help her succeed. She is learning crate training, potty training, and leash walking. Her foster is also participating in group training and socialization playgroups to ensure she remains confident and well-rounded.

Berry Blu is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track your pet's journey in real time and receive photo updates.
