Lemon

Lemon is a sweet mama ready for her own family! She did an amazing job raising her eight babies and now it's her turn to find her own forever home. Lemon is a young adult dog, estimated to be around 2 years old and weighing about 58 lbs. She's a likely Lab mix with some other retriever breed in her. She's eager for long, sniffy walks, romps, and all sorts of adventures. Most of all, she wants a safe and loving place to call her own, and in return, she promises loyal companionship.

Ideal Home

Lemon is looking for a family where she can feel safe and loved. She gets along well with other dogs and even enjoyed her first visit to a dog park, interacting well with dogs of all sizes! We haven't seen her with cats or children, but we're happy to discuss integration techniques with potential adopters.

Ongoing Health

Lemon is a healthy young dog. She is spayed and up-to-date on routine vetting, including vaccinations.

Training & Support

Lemon is a playful and affectionate pup who loves people and soaking up attention. She enjoys her walks, playing with toys, and has bursts of energy followed by plenty of relaxation. While she is generally quiet and improving on leash walks, squirrels and geese can still be a challenge! She sleeps through the night and is comfortable in her crate. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken, but all dogs are working on their crate training.
