Miss Bea JuM/HS

Miss Bea is a sweet, approximately 2-year-old terrier mix with a heart full of love to give! She was rescued from a difficult hoarding situation and, as a new mom, she bravely raised her litter of 8 puppies. Now that her babies are grown, it's her turn to find her own loving forever home. Miss Bea was initially very shy and fearful due to her past, but with patience and affection, she has blossomed into a "happy to see me" shadow who adores her people. She has a big bark that she uses appropriately, especially when she's excited to see you! She loves treats and will even paw at you for more pets. While she can be a little hesitant about walks as the outside world can be a bit overwhelming, she's gaining confidence on leash. She's comfortable around children and does wonderfully with other dogs. She is also potty and kennel trained!

Miss Bea would thrive in a home that understands her past and can provide her with the continued patience, gentleness, and time she needs to fully trust and open up.

Miss Bea is a healthy girl and has received all age-appropriate vaccinations.

Training & Support

Miss Bea is house and crate trained. She is still building confidence with leash walking and may benefit from continued positive reinforcement and gentle encouragement.
