He's not one to demand attention, but rather to quietly be near you, and earning his trust feels incredibly rewarding. Once comfortable, he's a peaceful companion who enjoys simply existing with you.
Ideal Home
Rowan would thrive in a calm environment with patient individuals who understand that shy dogs need time to decompress and build trust. A home with a yard and a quieter setting would be ideal. While he hasn't been officially assessed with children, older, calm kids would likely be a better fit, and we can arrange a kid-test for interested adopters.

Transporation
We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters).
