Meet Andy, a 2-year-old Retriever mix who weighs in at a perfect 50-55 lbs. Andy is pure joy on four paws, a resilient soul who, along with his siblings, was rescued after being abandoned in Texas. Now, he's ready for his next adventure – finding a loving family to call his own. He's a doggy delight, thriving in the company of other pups, making him the ideal candidate for a home with a canine companion. At home, Andy is a true gentleman. He's house-trained, crate-trained, and has seamlessly settled into his foster environment. While he might be a little shy at first with new faces, his affectionate nature quickly shines through. Andy cherishes routine, enjoys companionship, and loves being part of the action, whether it's a leisurely walk, playtime with doggy friends, or simply lounging nearby while you unwind. He walks beautifully on leash, takes treats gently, and has a heart full of eagerness to please.
Ideal Home
Andy would flourish in a calm, loving environment with people who appreciate a loyal, kindhearted companion. His dream home includes another dog to be his best buddy. A yard is a plus, but his primary need is love, consistency, and a canine friend. Homes with children 10 years and older are recommended.
