Pongo

Hi there, I'm Pongo! I'm a 5-6 month old, 25lb bundle of joy who is as cute, sweet, and loving as can be. I'm an outgoing boy and ready to be your instant best friend! I love to play with my doggy pals or entertain myself with my toys. My foster family thinks I'm a mix of Catahoula and Blue Heeler. I'm a very submissive pup, not at all like a typical working dog. I love everyone I meet, whether they have two legs or four! My foster mom says it's important for me to keep experiencing new things and socializing, and I couldn't agree more! The dog park is my favorite place to visit – I love making new friends! I'm all up-to-date on my shots, neutered, and ready to join my forever family! I'm currently living with 2 cats, 4 other dogs, and 2 young puppies, and I'm adjusting well with them all. I'm crate-trained and doing great! I do best when my crate is in a separate room at bedtime with a radio or TV playing softly. I go right into my crate with very little prompting, and I'm always eager to please!

Ideal Home

I'm doing well with my foster family's cats and dogs, and I'm sure I'll fit right into yours too! My foster mom thinks it's important for me to continue experiencing new things and socializing.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on my shots and I have been neutered.

Training & Support

I am crate trained and doing very well! I enjoy my crate as long as it's in a separate room for bedtime and there's a radio or TV on in the background. I'm eager to please and go into my crate with hardly any prompting.
