Marty

Meet Marty! This 1-year-old, 40 lb bundle of scruffy charm is ready to steal your heart. Marty is a gentle and sweet boy who is a little shy at first, but with a soft voice and a kind hand, his tail will start wagging and his eyes will soften, showing you just how special he is. He's already winning over everyone at his partner boarding facility, Houndstown, and is eager to find his forever home where he can feel safe and loved.

Ideal Home

Marty is a dog-friendly boy who just needs someone willing to give him a chance to come out of his shell. He doesn't need a perfect home, just one where he can feel secure and blossom.

Ongoing Health

Marty is heartworm negative and up to date on his vaccines. He is also scheduled to be neutered.

Training & Support

Marty is a bit shy initially, so he would benefit from a patient and understanding adopter who can help him gain confidence.

• All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily.
• Due to high volume, please submit an application, which can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue.
• The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet.
• All dogs in our care are kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.

Marty is currently at our partner boarding facility, Houndstown. Transportation details can be discussed further once an application is submitted.
