He enjoys exploring, playing with toys, and spending time with his people. Scooter is happiest when he's with his family, whether he's going for a walk, romping in the yard, or just relaxing after a fun-filled day. As a young dog, he is eager to continue learning and would thrive with a family that will provide love, guidance, and plenty of opportunities for adventure. His affectionate personality and joyful nature make him a wonderful companion for someone looking to add a loyal best friend to their home.

Ongoing Health
All of our rescue dogs receive medical care before adoption and are placed only after they are ready for a home. Each dog is spayed or neutered (if age appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed. Adopters can feel confident knowing their new companion has received essential care through our foster-based rescue program.
Training & Support
As a young dog, Scooter is eager to continue learning. Unless specifically stated in a dog's bio, assume potty training is still in progress. Many rescue dogs come from difficult backgrounds and may need patience, consistency, and training in their new home.

Transporation
Scooter is currently being fostered in Adair County, KY. We offer transport for approved adopters in select locations, including Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania; and Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania.
