Miles the Most Precious Scruffy

Meet Miles, a precious scruffy puppy estimated to be around 3 months old and weighing about 10 pounds. We think he might be a Cairn Terrier mix, but as with many rescue pups, his exact breed is a mystery! What we do know is that Miles is a loving and chill pup, perfect for someone looking for a companion to grow with. His days are filled with the joys of eating, sleeping, learning, and bonding. He's developing into a confident and well-adjusted dog, and we can't wait for him to find his forever home.

Ideal Home

Miles would thrive in a home that understands the time, patience, and consistency required for puppyhood. He needs adopters who are prepared to meet his needs for regular mental and physical stimulation as he grows into an active and intelligent dog.

Ongoing Health

Miles is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. He also receives a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

Miles will benefit from crate training and a structured environment to help him feel secure. He is learning essential life skills such as potty training, leash walking, and basic manners. Continued training, play, and engagement will be key to his development.

Transportation

Miles is located in the Houston, Texas area. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. A transport surcharge of $87 applies. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
