Koby

Meet Koby! This charming 14-year-old Pomeranian mix is a unique sweetheart who came to us from a rural shelter. Koby is gentle, a little shy, and ready to find a loving home to spoil him in his golden years. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys being held. Koby is still decompressing as he adjusts to his new surroundings. He has a permanent scar on his back where fur won't grow, a reminder of a past dog attack. Our vets are evaluating him for other health concerns, and we'll share updates as we learn more. Despite his past, Koby is a friendly and loving boy with so much potential, eager to be unconditionally cherished.

Ideal Home

Koby would thrive in a home that can provide him with gentle companionship and lots of spoiling.

Ongoing Health

Koby has a permanent patch of scar tissue on his back where fur will not grow, a result of a past dog attack. He is currently undergoing veterinary evaluation for other health points.

Training & Support

Koby is still decompressing and adjusting. Providing him with a calm and patient environment will help him feel secure.

Transporation

Koby is located in South Carolina and is transported to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We offer local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
