Rex

Rex is a handsome boy who appears to be around six years old. He was found on the streets of Houston, seemingly abandoned by his previous owners, yet he still held onto memories of them. He was rescued by a kind stranger and brought into our care. Rex is a mature dog who is clearly grieving his past and trying to understand his current situation. He has a strong personality and can be dominant, but he avoids conflict. While he may initially be wary and may even growl if he feels uncomfortable, he responds positively to kindness and gently leans in for pets. He's a shepherd with a strong character who needs an experienced adopter who understands his needs and can help him learn to trust again.
