Freckles

Freckles is a people-loving, goofy guy who just wants to be close. He isn't a fan of the heat, so he loves hanging out inside, but he still enjoys going for walks. His biggest quirk? He's been known to leap over small fences just to get to his person—he doesn't want to miss out on anything! He plays well with his buddy Sunny, loves keeping an eye on everything around him, and has really settled into shelter life. On leash, he's almost too easy—sometimes when he's tired, he'll simply plop down and you'll have to convince him to keep going. With his playful spirit and loyal heart, Freckles is the perfect companion for someone who wants a fun, affectionate friend always by their side.

Ideal Home

Freckles prefers cooler indoor environments and enjoys walks. He is known to jump fences to be with his person, so a secure yard may be important.

Training & Support

Freckles walks well on leash, though he sometimes needs encouragement when he's tired. He is curious and observant and used to bark in his kennel, but he is now relaxed and comfortable in the shelter.
