Shoowop

Hi, I'm Shoowop! I'm a sweet and affectionate 3-month-old Dutch Shepherd/American Bulldog mix. Despite a difficult start to life, I'm a happy and resilient puppy who loves to be close to my people. I'm a social butterfly who gets along with other dogs and cats. I'm also a smart cookie, already knowing sit, down, and stay, and I'm eager to learn more!

Ideal Home

I'd thrive in a calm home without young children, as they can be overwhelming for me. A family who enjoys training and positive reinforcement would be wonderful. Another friendly dog would be a bonus, but it's not a requirement.

Ongoing Health

I have a history of seizures but have been seizure-free since starting Keppra medication three times a day. I will need to continue this medication for life. I also eat a prescription gastrointestinal diet to keep my tummy happy. My rescue will ensure my future family understands my medical needs.

Training & Support

I'm a quick learner and highly food-motivated. I respond well to positive reinforcement and lots of praise!
