Stella

Stella is a 4.5-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is the definition of a lovable goofball. With her quintessential Staffy face and those deep, soulful eyes, Stella has a way of melting hearts instantly — and her personality is just as beautiful. She is full of energy and absolutely loves her zoomies! She enjoys playtime with toys (tug is her favorite!) and can keep herself entertained, but nothing makes her happier than spending time with her people. She’s affectionate, eager to please, and has no concept of personal space — she’ll happily climb right into your lap for cuddles and attention. This smart girl is potty-trained and already knows her basic commands. She is crate-trained, but the chaotic shelter environment tends to stress her out, causing her to push her snout against her crate (hence the redness seen around her nose and lips). However, we're working with her to help her be more comfortable here, and she's getting better every day. Stella is searching for a family who can give her the exercise, structure, and love she needs to thrive — and in return, she’ll shower you with all the loyalty and affection you could ever want. If you’re looking for a devoted companion with a big heart (and an even bigger personality), Stella might just be your perfect match!

The redness around Stella's nose and lips is due to stress from the shelter environment. We are working with her to help her become more comfortable.

Stella is potty-trained and knows her basic commands. She is also crate-trained.
