Maya

Maya is a sweet and loving 2-year-old girl who weighs 67 lbs. She's incredibly devoted and will be your shadow, always happy to be by your side. Maya is very interested in meeting other dogs and has shown no aggression towards them. She has good manners in the house and is content to relax on her bed when you're away, but she'll be overjoyed to see you when you return! Maya also loves balls and can be found happily watching a game of pickleball, hoping a ball might escape into the yard. She's a truly special girl looking for her forever family.

Ongoing Health

Maya underwent surgery to remove a mammary tumor and also received a blood transfusion due to anemia. She was diagnosed with Tick Fever and has been spayed. Our vet has recommended medical retests for cancer every 3 months for up to a year. Local adoption is recommended due to the potential costs of future treatment.

Training & Support

Maya has good house manners and comes when called. She's also very cooperative when it comes to her incision care.
