Thunder is located at the SPCA of Bradley County TN at 1570 Johnson Blvd SE, Cleveland, TN 37311. You can visit anytime! The Adoption Center is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-4:30pm. Appointments are not required for adoptions!
