Meet Boots! This handsome young Shepherd/Collie mix is a survivor, having been rescued from a crowded Texas shelter where he was at risk due to kennel space. Thankfully, Boots was given a second chance and is now safe and sound, ready to start the next chapter of his life with a loving family.

At just over a year old and around 50 pounds, Boots is a delightful mix of playful energy and affectionate cuddles. He adores people and isn't shy about showing his love, whether he's leaning in for pets, offering a playful bow, or gently asking for attention. He's already mastered "sit," appears to be house-trained, and has excellent treat-taking manners. Boots is also a social butterfly with other dogs, thriving in playgroups and earning "Rockstar" status for his friendly and playful demeanor. He would absolutely love to have a canine companion to share his days with. Despite his past uncertainties, Boots greets the world with a wagging tail and a hopeful spirit, making him a truly special companion.
