Meet Deborah Mitchum. Deborah Mitchum is from Pennsylvania and breeds Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I show our Cavaliers in conformation and agility. I am a small breeder who strives for health and temperment as the most important qualities in our offspring. I do OFA and CERF annual testing, and MRI any male before breeding. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder.
