Samoa

Meet Samoa, your new goofy goober looking for love! Samoa is a confident and happy adult Pit Bull Terrier mix with a moderate to high play level. He's a cuddly 80lb "clingwrap" who will happily follow you around, making him the perfect adventure sidekick. He enjoys meeting new people and has done excellently with our two resident dogs, showing tolerance and a playful spirit when excited. Samoa also likes kids, but due to his size and occasional clumsiness, he would do best with children 8 and up, as he might accidentally knock over or excitedly wag his tail at younger ones. He's also crate-trained and settles well when he can see other dogs.

Ideal Home

Samoa would thrive in a home with older children (8+) who can appreciate his enthusiastic nature without being overwhelmed by his size. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine companion, especially if they can match his moderate to high play level.

Samoa is neutered.

Training & Support

Samoa is doing well in his crate when he can see other dogs. He is a happy boy, but his enthusiasm can sometimes lead to clumsiness, so he'll benefit from continued positive reinforcement to help him learn to manage his exuberance around smaller children.
