Emilio is a handsome 3-year-old Mountain Cur, Plott Hound, and Catahoula mix weighing about 60 pounds. He has a beautiful brindle and white coat and a big, playful heart! This smart, affectionate boy is full of personality and would love a family who enjoys being active and spending time outdoors. Emilio’s absolute favorite game is fetch, and he is quite the athlete when it comes to catching a ball. His impressive jumps and playful energy are sure to bring lots of smiles. After a fun play session, Emilio knows how to settle down inside and is happy to relax with his people, especially if belly rubs and snuggles are involved. He is house-trained, friendly, loving, and generally does well with other dogs.

Ideal Home

Emilio would likely be happiest in a home without cats or very small children due to his energy level and potential protectiveness of toys. He is looking for an active, loving home where he can enjoy exercise, consistency, companionship, and plenty of play.

Emilio is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines.

Training & Support

Emilio is house-trained and friendly. Like many toy-loving pups, Emilio can sometimes be protective of his favorite things, so he will do best with continued structure and supervision during playtime.
