Meet Jackson! This charming 1-year-old, 51-pound Boxer mix is a lanky puppy with a playful spirit and a big heart. Jackson absolutely adores toys and loves when his favorite people join him for playtime, often surprising them with big, charming play bows! He's also shown he can be a great companion to other young, goofy dogs and has even done well hanging around with cats. Jackson is a sweet boy who has been an easy-going house guest, though he's still learning and can get a bit jumpy and boisterous when excited.

Jackson would thrive in a home that's ready for plenty of play and with lots of toys! Due to his energetic nature when excited, he's looking for a home without younger children.

Training & Support

Jackson is almost crate and potty-trained. He can still get jumpy and do some roughhousing when he is excited, so continued positive reinforcement training will help him learn how to best express his exuberance.
