If there's a puddle, pond, hose, or lake, Hugo will find it in seconds. He is a highly active boy who thrives when he has a job to do or training to focus his big, athletic energy. Structure, enrichment, and consistency help him shine, and he's eager to learn when given direction.
At just one year old, Hugo was heartbreakingly abandoned, labeled "too crazy" when in reality, he was simply a young puppy full of life. Now older and more mature, he's looking for a family willing to teach him the ways of being a well-mannered house dog and give him the stability he missed early on. With patience, outlets for his energy, and plenty of water adventures, Hugo will grow into an incredible companion—loyal, joyful, and always ready for the next splash! Transporation
Hugo is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, TN & KY, IL, IN, WA, & OH. Custom transports are available when needed, with transportation fees ranging from $150-$500. For those picking up at our Angleton, TX location, the fee is $75. Our transport buses are equipped with air conditioning, two drivers, and two onboard attendants providing 24-hour care.
