About Lila

Lila is a young mixed-breed sweetheart with warm caramel coloring, gentle eyes, and a calm, loving presence. The children in her foster home affectionately call her "Chocolate Chip" because she's just as sweet, comforting, and impossible not to love. Lila has a gentle energy; she enjoys being social but has an easygoing confidence that makes her a joy to have around. She's happy to quietly be part of whatever is happening. Lila greets new people with warmth and curiosity, settles into new environments quickly, and is comfortable with handling. She loves children and has a steady, patient temperament that makes her feel safe and trustworthy.

Growing up with other dogs has made Lila very social. She thrives with canine companionship and feels most secure with another dog around. She's playful, submissive, and easygoing with other pups, adapting well to their energy. We'd love for Lila to have a home with another friendly dog sibling to help her continue to shine.

Lila is eager to please and responds well to gentle guidance. She's still learning basic skills like leash walking and crate training but is cooperative and adaptable, making her a wonderful companion to guide and grow with. Her energy level is moderate; she enjoys daily activity and outdoor time but doesn't require anything intense. A short walk, some playtime, and time with her people are enough to keep her happy. One special thing about Lila is that one of her eyes looks a little different due to an old injury from when she was a puppy. She healed beautifully, and it doesn't slow her down at all – it just makes her unique and even more lovable. If you're looking for a gentle, social girl with a sweet soul, Lila might be your perfect match.
