Shelby is a devoted companion who marches to the beat of her people's drum. She's hopelessly in love with her humans and wants to be wherever you are. Her foster mom is helping her understand that she doesn't need constant attention, but she truly thrives on human connection. Shelby also enjoys the company of another dog, especially a male who doesn't mind her taking the lead.

Ideal Home

Shelby would love a home where she can be with her people almost all the time. She would also do well with a canine brother to pal around with. Shelby cannot be in a home with cats, as her hound nature means she enjoys a good chase. She also isn't a fan of young children.
