Lemon is a beautiful, one-year-old German Shepherd who weighs 48 pounds and is spayed. She's a sweet, affectionate, and loyal girl who loves to be close to her people. Lemon is active and enjoys daily walks and running, making her a great match for an active family or individual. She's fully house-trained, well-behaved indoors, and does well with other dogs and cats, making her an easy addition to a multi-pet household. Lemon is ready for a loving home where she can get plenty of exercise and companionship. She would make a wonderful family dog or adventure buddy!

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Once completing the initial screen, you will be connected for a video chat.
• Transports run every few weeks and Lemon will be on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
• We are a volunteer-run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. If you are not serious about moving forward in our adoption process, please do not apply.
• If someone other than yourself is part of the decision-making process, please make sure you have spoken with them and they are on board.
• Our process starts with an application. If we think you might be a good fit, we will reach out to coordinate a phone interview. This is followed by a video call with the foster home.
• Virtual home visits, personal, and vet reference checks are required to complete the process.

Transporation

Lemon is currently in a foster home in Houston, Texas. Her adoption donation of $475 includes transport.
