MARVIN

Marvin is a curious and gentle gentleman who truly has a heart on his side, quite literally! He can be a bit cautious in new situations, but he doesn't let that stop him from exploring. Marvin loves to stretch out on a cozy fleece blanket and enjoys running in the yard and going for walks. He's not one to guard his toys or food, though he certainly appreciates a tasty meal – especially if it involves whipped cream! With a little time and patience, Marvin will warm up and shower you with chin and ear scratches, winning your heart over.

Ideal Home

Marvin would do well in any home that has room for him to stretch out. He seems to get anxious around other dogs, especially those his size, but has shown he can play well with a smaller dog through a fence. Previous experience with or extensive knowledge of the Akita breed is required for potential adopters.

Ongoing Health

Marvin is up-to-date on vaccinations and is neutered.

Training & Support

Marvin is housebroken and knows commands such as "sit," "down," and "leave it." He is very food motivated and enjoys playing with toys.
