Layla

Layla is a beautiful sweetheart who appears to be around 7-8 years old. She enjoys leisurely mornings and evenings walks, and is a mild player with stuffed animals and ropes. She is a big fan of pig ears and bones for treats, and eats once or twice a day. Layla knows many commands, with recall being her best! She also enjoys lounging on the couch and sunbathing on the patio. She loves receiving attention and gets very excited when her person is around.

Ideal Home

Layla is looking for a laid-back, chill, single-animal or no-animal home to call her own. She doesn't like to share attention with others.

Ongoing Health

Layla has been vetted and is generally healthy. She is heartworm positive and has begun a 30-day treatment that involves a daily pill. She will be clear of heartworm as long as she completes all her medication and stays consistent with a Heartgard or Proheart regimen. She has not yet been spayed.

Training & Support

Layla does well with consistent training. She appears to have been off-leash trained and responds well to leash corrections. Consistency is key to her success!
