Adventure, play, and snuggles- I'm ready for it all with you! Hi, I'm Ally! I'm about 1.5 years old, 47 pounds, and a total lovebug who's been waiting over a year to find my forever home. I'm energetic, fun, and full of life- always up for chasing balls, playing tug, or exploring every inch of the backyard. Car rides are one of my favorite things, especially with my head out the window feeling the breeze. At home, I'm a total snuggle bug and love burrowing under the blankets. I'm deaf, but it doesn't slow me down one bit! I know several hand signals like sit, down, stay, and more, and I love treats, which makes training extra fun. I recently completed a 3-week Board & Train program to help with impulse control and communication, and my trainer will continue to support my adopter so we can start off on the right paw together. I also use an e-collar to help me communicate with my humans; it's just another way I can learn and stay safe! I'm a playful girl who enjoys other dogs- I've even lived with three before! I may need a couple of meet-and-greets to get my excitement out, but once I settle in, I love to play! I enjoy kids too, but I can be a little jumpy when I'm excited, so older or dog-savvy kids would be the best fit for me. I'm fully potty trained and crate trained, but I'd do best in a home where my people are around often. I bond deeply, so being close to my humans makes me feel safe and happy. A secure, fenced yard would be needed to give me a safe space to explore and play, since I can't hear verbal recall. I'm spayed, up to date on vaccines, and ready to find a loving home with someone willing to be patient, consistent, and kind. If you're looking for a playful, affectionate, loyal companion, I might just be your girl!
