Poppy

Meet Poppy, a gentle and lovable senior boy who's about 7 years young. Poppy is a bit shy at first, but with patience and kindness, he'll blossom into your most loyal and quiet companion. He adores being by your side once he feels safe and trusts you. Poppy is a champion napper and is very well-mannered. He only barks when he needs to go outside, and he enjoys his crate, often hanging out in it with the door open. He gets along well with other dogs and cats, making him a versatile addition to many homes.

Ongoing Health

Poppy has experienced some hair loss, but it appears to be growing back. With good nutrition, he should regain his handsome silver Schnauzer coat. He also needs protection from sunburn when outside and comes with his own rash-guard shirt.

Poppy is crate trained and well-mannered. His adopter should continue to provide patience and kindness as he gains confidence.
