Marley Mae is a stunning brindle beauty with human-like eyes and a heart full of love. She's a happy, affectionate girl who also enjoys her cozy homebody charms, with sweet bursts of playful energy. Marley Mae may take a moment to warm up to new people or environments, but once she trusts you, she's your most devoted companion, lighting up with a wagging tail and goofy antics. She tends to open up most quickly with women and, with patience and gentle guidance, will become your sweetest shadow.
Ideal Home
Marley Mae would thrive in a home with a backyard in a more residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. She enjoys a slower pace and a calm environment. She has done wonderfully with children as young as 5, and we believe she'd be a great addition to a family with 1-2 children, provided they are gentle and understanding of her need for a little time to adjust. She also needs at least one canine friend to help her feel comfortable and secure in her new home.
Ongoing Health
Marley Mae is believed to be a pittie mix, approximately 4 years old and weighs 58 lbs. As with any rescue, breed and age are not guaranteed.
Training & Support
Marley Mae has excellent house manners, is not destructive, has no accidents in the house, and is crate trained. She is also a wonderful car rider, even on longer trips. She is shy when meeting new dogs and will benefit from a resident dog who can help her acclimate and feel secure.
