Hazel

Meet Hazel! This sweet, energetic 1-2 year old pittie mix is a true survivor. She was found as a stray, weak and injured, but with the care of some very kind people, she's now healthy and ready for her forever family! Hazel is deaf, but this has absolutely no impact on her zest for life. She's a friendly girl who absolutely adores children and other dogs. She's currently in a foster home, diligently learning her manners, including potty training and leash walking, all while soaking up the love and attention she so deserves. She's even mastering sign language, proving what a smart and eager learner she is! We promised Hazel the best life, and we hope you can help us fulfill that promise.

Hazel loves kids and other dogs, and would likely thrive in a home where she can interact with them.

Hazel is deaf.

Training & Support

Hazel is mastering potty training and leash walking. She is learning sign language and is a fast learner.

Transporation

Hazel is located in South Carolina and transport to the northeast is available weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. Local or virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
