Blue

Blue is a handsome young dog who came to us with his sister, Sassy, after his human sadly passed away. They came from a situation where they lived outdoors in a fenced yard and didn't have a lot of human interaction. While they were initially very shy, Blue has really blossomed in our care and learned to trust people! He's more confident than his sister, but he would still do best with a patient adopter who can continue to help him build his confidence. Blue loves going for walks using a gentle leader, enjoys tasty treats, and really soaks up the attention he gets from our volunteers. He's ready for adventures with a fun and loving family!

Blue would thrive in a home with a patient person who can continue to help him build his confidence.

Ongoing Health

All of Blue's age-appropriate vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), deworming, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, and flea/tick/heartworm prevention have been completed. He is heartworm tested and treated as needed.

Training & Support

Blue is learning to trust people and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement and patience. He enjoys walks with a gentle leader.

Blue is located in Crossville, TN. We can provide transport for an additional fee to the East Coast, Great Lakes, or New England regions.
