Chunks

Chunks is a sweet and friendly 7.5-year-old boy, weighing around 80 lbs. He came to us as a stray, so we don't have much background information, but we're learning more about him every day! Chunks is a volunteer favorite at the shelter, and he did great during his dog testing. He absolutely loves attention and is eager to find a new family to call his own.

Ideal Home

Chunks would love a home where he can get plenty of attention and affection.

Ongoing Health

Chunks is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and dewormed. He also comes with a Healthy Start Certificate from VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply).

Training & Support

We're still getting to know Chunks, but he's a good boy who is ready to learn. He comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support from Petcademy.org, offering access to trainers, behaviorists, and online resources to help him settle into your home.

Transporation

Chunks is currently at our Adoption Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170, next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/I-95). You can visit him during our adoption hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM. No appointment is necessary; just walk right in! We can arrange transport to specific locations upon request.
