Nya

Nya is a sweet girl who made the journey all the way from Puerto Rico to Maine in search of her forever home. She can be a little shy and nervous when you first meet her, but give her a moment to warm up, and she'll be right by your side, soaking up all the love and affection you have to give. Nya is likely to be a devoted cuddle bug who enjoys staying close to her favorite people. She'll appreciate a gentle and slower approach as she gains confidence in her new surroundings.

Ideal Home

Nya has done well with other dogs here and would love to meet any potential canine siblings to ensure they're a good match. We're unsure how she'd do with children, but if you have kids, they should be able to understand that Nya needs a little time to feel comfortable around them. We're also not sure about her interactions with cats, but our team can provide guidance on how to introduce them safely.

Nya is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Nya is house-trained. She'll thrive with a patient adopter who understands she needs a little time to build confidence.
