Jack's previous owner passed away, and he and his brother Jim were surrendered to Animal Control. Unfortunately, they ended up on the euthanasia list through no fault of their own. Jack spent his entire life on a chain, but despite this, he remains a sweet, curious, and incredibly lovable boy.
