Cardi is a nearly 4-year-old Husky/Baladi mix who has overcome incredible odds. She originally came from Cairo, Egypt, where she bravely protected her five puppies on the streets until rescuers could bring them to safety. Now that her puppies are grown, Cardi is ready for a loving home of her own. She is a quiet, gentle, and deeply loving dog who responds well to kindness and patience. Cardi is good with other dogs and enjoys human companionship. She has a calm and sweet presence that makes her a joy to be around. Cardi deserves a warm, safe place to relax and a family to call her own.
